Caroline is the founder of TTW and an experienced and qualified Leadership & Marketing Consultant with over over 30 years experience in Leadership & Business Development, Operations Management and developing teams. She is passionate about sharing her experiences to help individuals and organisations achieve their full potential. Quoted as being “focussed and professional at all times yet combines these traits with a warm and friendly personality which draws people to her - she comes highly recommended to anyone who is serious about training and business development”. Caroline is privileged to be supported by a team of Associates carefully chosen for their areas of expertise and specialism. She works closely with Andrew Maund to deliver Coaching & Mentoring/Leadership workshop programmes that are accredited by the highly regarded and internationally recognised Institute of Leadership & Management and many of Caroline’s clients have worked with her since TTW was founded in 2005.

Andrew holds degrees in Leadership Management and Business Enterprise; coupled with his broad management experience he now specialises in Management Coaching and Development. Andrew designs and delivers Leadership and Management programmes for a wide range of organisations both in the UK and overseas. He is an external Assessor and Senior Verifier for the Institute of Leadership and Management working with the MOD, Colleges, Universities (in particular, Lampeter and Bangor) and private sector companies on a range of leadership and management projects.

Catherine is a qualified Lecturer and Training Consultant with over 25 years experience of working in the education sector. Her specialist areas are Psychology, Social Policy, HR and Industrial Relations. Having worked as a Pathways Tutor Cath is familiar with working with mature students returning to the educational environment having spent over 10 years working with students with specific learning and physical disabilities. As such, she has a naturally supportive and encouraging approach helping all candidates focus on achieving their goals. It is testament to Cath’s delivery style and personality that everyone who works with her always asks for her again!
